The Building

Not only spectacular measures conducted in large monuments, but also several thousands of medium and small-sized buildings are routinely served by Aquapol, and these have been part of the three decade history of success in drying out buildings.

Jointly, the buildings provide evidence of the fact that this gentle procedure based on natural forces operates with predictable certainty. Aquapol's employees are particularly gratified when they succeed in helping a family to preserve their inherited property and enhance its value by a relatively inexpensive procedure. Renovation is not always backed by financially powerful organizations or real estate companies. Of course we are primarily providers of a service, but it is pleasant to be fueled by an additional purpose.

Here is the case of the Großpietsch family in the city of Weißwasse, Germany.

Description of the Building and the Results

The cellar of this multi-family home could not be used until 2002. The moist and musty odour prevented its use even as a storage place.

To get the rising moisture under control, an Aquapol system was installed in August 2002. One and a half years later, in February 2004, the building was handed over in dry condition.

Customer Feedback

In a letter to the Aquapol representative in Germany the family wrote: "Initially we could hardly believe that the system worked. After a few weeks we noticed the first signs of improvement. The plaster flaked off in parts. The moist and musty odour in the cellar had nearly disappeared after 4 to 6 weeks. We are very satisfied with the method and service of Aquapol Company, and would be glad to recommend this system to others."

We are glad when satisfied customers express their admiration and tell us that their problem has been resolved conclusively.
